Returns Policy

 All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number assigned by Email: to request your RMA number. Please include your name, your address, and the item name and size you wish to return. Returns without this authorization can not be accepted. RMAs are effective for 30 days only.

The RMA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton or package, and all products must be securely packaged.

The following rules must be followed for returning any product:

Defective Product Returns:

Defective products may be returned to within thirty (30) days of sale. The full purchase amount plus taxes will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the item(s).

Non-Defective Returns

Non-defective returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the sale date regardless of reason. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in like-new condition.

When returns are received:

Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, will credit the customer's account for the product costs. No cash refunds will be allowed. Credit on customer's account will be issued for the amount paid on the original invoice including Taxes. Return credit will be processed based on original payment terms of invoice, less any discounts. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the original card used to make the purchase.

If the Product returned to does not match the products listed on's return authorization (RMA), the return will be refused, no credit will be issued to the Customer and the Customer will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with returning the unauthorized Product.

Customer must allow one week for return processing.
